McNeill, Enterprise Account Executive In response to increasing demand for access to elite, independent business talent from Fortune 1000 companies in the Technology and Media sectors, HourlyNerd launched its newest practice area, Tech & Media, earlier this month. Given the strategic importance—and growth potential--of this new customer segment, it was critical to identify the right leader to launch this business. Christie C. McNeill joined HourlyNerd this month as just that leader. Christie brings a powerful combination of blue-chip consulting experience (McKinsey & Company) and, most recently, operating experience as a leader at an innovative education technology company, Amplify. She also spent time driving transformational changes in the New Jersey public school system. Christie’s background places her extraordinarily well to understand the types of business challenges facing forward-leaning Strategy, Operations, HR and Finance executives at large tech and media companies. In many ways, the innovation driving the leaders in the tech and media sectors is a strong indicator of their appetite for HourlyNerd’s platform. These companies understand that there is a meaningful return on investment involved with thinking differently about their products and services—and about how they are engaging external business talent in their work. Having stood in the shoes of business stakeholders seeking opportunity through innovation, Christie is the ideal ambassador for the HourlyNerd platform to these companies.
