BOSTON – February 15, 2018 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its seventh annual list of North American staffing leaders, celebrating those individuals whose passion and contributions have made a positive impact on the lives and livelihoods of workers and job seekers across the economy. The 2018 Staffing 100 list, comprised of 100 notable influencers features Catalant CEO and Co-Founder, Rob Biederman.

Biederman was added to the list for helping companies revolutionize the way they think about talent.  By offering a network of 50,000 independent experts and solutions for managing other pools of talent, Catalant is allowing companies to create a talent ecosystem based on skills rather than geography. This work along with the book, Reimagining Work: Strategies to Disrupt Talent, Lead Change, and Win with a Flexible Workforce, he recently co-authored secured a spot for him on this list.
